RIM and NTP Back in Court?

RIM reopens legal disagreement in "odd" move

Reuters reports today that Research In Motion (RIM), maker of the ubiquitous BlackBerry, has hit "an impasse" in its patent-dispute settlement with NTP and is asking for court intervention. RIM's stock prices opened down 3 percent after the news. One financial expert calls the move "odd," saying, "Nobody really seems to know what this means."
