New Navigator for Windows 3.1 is disappointing

Apparently, the speed of Java applets running on the new Windows 3.1 version of Netscape Navigator is horrendous. Perhaps the upcoming release of Internet Explorer for Windows 3.1 will solve the Java speed problem
