Troubleshooter: Scheduling Meetings in Outlook 2000

My users recently upgraded to Outlook 2000. When they try to schedule appointments or meetings more than 2 months in advance, the status bar shows that no information is available about the attendees' schedules. This feature used to work when they were using Outlook 98 or Outlook 97. Why doesn't it work in Outlook 2000?

By default, Outlook 2000 publishes only 2 months' worth of Free/Busy information. The Microsoft article "OL2000: (CW) Conditions That Affect Display of Free/Busy Time"(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;q196885) explains why you might see less Free/Busy information than you expect. To schedule further in advance, you can ask your users to increase the number of months' worth of data that they publish.
