Troubleshooter: Adding Support for Non-Roman Languages

How do I add Chinese and Japanese language support to our Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 3 (SP3) server running on Windows NT 4.0 SP6a?

The langpack subdirectory on the NT Server 4.0 CD-ROM includes .inf files that install code pages for non-Roman languages, including Arabic, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese. To install these code pages, go to the langpack directory and find the .inf file that corresponds to the language you want, then right-click it and choose the Install context menu command. You'll also need to install the exchsrvr.inf file.
