JSI Tip 1876. Multi-processor RAS servers stops accepting new PPTP requests?

When the subject condition occurs, existing PPTP connections continue to be serviced.

This only happens on multi-processor computers that have PPP logging enabled.

To workaround the problem, disable PPP logging on multi-processor RAS servers.

This should be resolved by the time SP7 is released.
