JSI Tip 1862. SP6 is FIPS 140-1 compliant.

To comply with the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-1 standard, SP6 has an updated Schannel.dll (Secure Channel) file and Rsabase.dll (Microsoft Base RSA Cryptographic Provider) file.

This allows Windows NT 4.0 to support a FIPS compliant Web browser and Web server.
