JSI Tip 1589. I can't uninstall IE 4?

If you install and un-install IE 5, you will not be able to un-install IE 4.

If you re-install IE 4, you may still not be able to un-install it.

The above behavior is by design.

When you install IE 5, it removes the IE 4.0 setup files. Sometimes, the re-install does not put them back.
