JSI Tip 1236. Older versions of W95 do not process logon scripts.

If your Windows 95 has MSNET32.DLL at an earlier version than 4.00.951, dated before 18-Apr-1996, you need an update.

The early version of MSNET32.DLL first opens the logon script in Read/Share/Exclusive mode. Subsequent access uses Read/Share/Deny None mode, causing other W95 machines to fail.
