If you experience an access violation, Dr. Watson, and possible 100% CPU usage/hung server when adding or managing user properties in the Manage Server Console application of SBS, you may have a missing or incorrect version of Dapi.dll in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder.
This can be caused by a copy failure during a service pack update (SBS or Exchange).
To fix the problem, extract the file from the latest service pack.
