Doguhan Uluca

Doguhan Uluca is a technologist with deep experience in usability, mobility, performance and scalability, R&D, enterprise-grade security, and architecture. He is currently a senior consultant at Excella Consulting working with modern web technologies.

Prior to Excella, Doguhan worked at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where he rebuilt the software system for the NOAA Diving Program. Previously, Doguhan held a position at Meridium, which specializes in asset performance management; he created globally deployed enterprise applications. He has also launched the Transit application for Windows Phone 7 and is the CTO of a San Francisco-based medical start-up.

Doguhan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and has published Designing Automated Handheld Navigation Support at the MobileHCI conference.
