JSI Tip 3852. The Windows 2000 Cluster Service does NOT publish clustered printers in Active Directory?

The Cluster service is not Active Directory aware and does NOT use Kerberos for authentication.

In order to publish printer resources, the Cluster service must use an anonymous (null) connection.

If you did not select Permissions compatible with pre-Windows 2000 servers during the Dcpromo process, anonymous access is not enabled.

To resolve the problem, open a CMD prompt on your domain controllers and type:

net localgroup "Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access" everyone /add
