Here's the word from Microsoft: Today, Microsoft is releasing its new Windows Live Movie Maker application globally.  As the first application within the Windows Live Essentials suite optimized for Windows 7, this free download – available at http://download.live.com -- makes it easy for Windows 7 and Windows Vista users to create beautiful movies from their photos and videos and share them with friends and family. With Windows Live Movie Maker, people can: Use Auto Movie to create a great-looking video in under one minute that includes transitions, a title, captions and a music soundtrack. Share movies across TV, PC and mobile device Publish directly to YouTube – with other online sharing sites to come.
