Creative Launches iPod Mini Killer

This week, Creative Technology unveiled its Zen Micro, a tiny and colorful portable digital audio player that offers 5GB of storage, an integrated FM tuner and voice recorder, a swappable 12-hour battery, and an intuitive vertical Touch Pad. Pay attention, Apple fans: These features all outstrip those available in Apple's only-recently-available-at-retail iPod mini. The Creative device is also smaller, available in more colors (10), and is compatible with a wealth of online music stores, unlike the iPod mini, which works only with Apple iTunes.
