Written by William Lynch, a senior consultant for CTG's information security services, the plan is designed for small and medium businesses. The outline is a reasonable starting point for developing a full-fledged incident response plan and includes sections that help define what consitutes an incident, how to contain and erradicate the incident, who should handle the work involved, assessment and recovery, and more.
