FUD or Facts or Both?

Symantec's "Internet Security Threat Report" has drawn the ire of many OS X users. I read an article at ZDNet UK that contains some fairly blunt quotes from various readers. Among the comments about the report are statements such as "Total nonsense," and "What a load of FUD." Symantec of course stands by their claims.

So, what's your opinion about the recent report?
