Microsoft stops Grooving, pushes SharePoint instead

Groove, no more: Microsoft has renamed the Groove client in Office 2010 to SharePoint Workspace 2010. Newly renamed in office 2010, Groove becomes SharePoint Workspace 2010 and provides access to SharePoint and Groove workspaces directly from Windows Explorer. It also picks up synchronization functionality so that you can access SharePoint data directly from your PC as noted in my Office 2010 Special Report.
