JSI Tip 1998. 'Msnls.dll Cannot Be Found', while browsing the web?

If your ISP is AOL, this message will happen if your AOL software is not version 5.0 or later.

Older versions of AOL software tried to use Msnls.dll from IE 3.x.

NOTE: AOL does not support running on Windows NT, but I am told that it does work.
