When you try to reinstall a BackOffice 4.5 component, the setup program inspects the SOFTWARE hive of the registry. If the component is already installed, you can't reinstall it.
To workaround this difficulty, first manually delete the registry key for the component.
Use Regedt32 to navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft
