When an SBS client opens Outlook for the first time, they may be greeted with:
Microsoft Outlook does not recognize: <mailbox name>
There is a bug in SBS that causes this behavior when you have multiple users with similar logon names.
To workaround the problem:
1. Select the correct name in the list of displayed mailbox names.
2. Click OK.
Outlook will now remember the correct mailbox name.
