Make a backup copy of the I386SYSTEM32INITIAL.INF on your HardDrive.
Edit I386SYSTEM32INITIAL.INF and locate the set Convert_Winnt = $($1)
in the SetAcls section and change it to set Convert_Winnt = YES.
