How has the Power Users group changed in Windows Server 2003?

A. Prior to Windows 2003, the Power Users group contained the Authenticated Users security principal by default. Members of the Power Users group have abilities similar to those that regular users had under Windows NT 4.0. Therefore, the Power Users group is sometimes used for backward compatibility. In Windows 2003, the Power Users group is empty. TABLE 1 summarizes the three main group memberships in Windows 2003 and Windows XP.
