Microsoft has released a Management Pack (MP) for System Center 2012 Operations Manager to allow organizations to monitor the Exchange 2013 implementation. Specifically, this new MP update focuses on the end-user experience, allowing monitoring and reporting to show the exact issues that users are undergoing.
If there are Exchange 2013 service availability problems, the MP will attempt to recover, but will automatically escalate unfixable issues through the alerting system.
