Save a presentation

To save a presentation, do one of the following:

  • Choose File →  Save or File ? Save As.
  • Click the Save button. Save button
  • CTRL+S.

The first time you save a new presentation, the Save As dialog box appears, allowing you to specify a location, name, and type of the document.

After that, you can use the Save command, which will replace the version of the presentation you last saved with the current presentation. The Save As command is used if you need to save the presentation in a different location, with a different name, with different options, or in a different format than it is currently saved.
