JSI Tip 7948. When you attempt to connect to a Web site that has WebDAV (Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning) enabled, Windows XP cannot connect?

Microsoft Windows XP cannot connect if the Web site address you use is not the root of the site.

This behavior will hopefully be corrected in a future service pack.
