Per the Web page: Microsoft has just released the freely downloadable Microsoft Script Debugger for Internet Explorer, a debugging environment that extends Internet Explorer 3.01 by allowing Web developers to browse, edit, and debug HTML pages that contain Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript) or JScript (Microsoft's implementation of JavaScript). The Microsoft Script Debugger is the first environment that allows users to debug scripted HTML. When installed, Script Debugger takes over the "View Source" option from Notepad and brings up a nice editor borrowed from HTML Help
