ProClarity Integrates ezForecaster

ParkerSoft will integrate a new version of its ezForecaster software with Knosys Inc.'s soon-to-be-released ProClarity Analytical Platform. The integration will provide the same capabilities to users of Knosys OLAP client software and Microsoft OLAP Services with SQL Server 7.0.Bringing state-of-the-art forecasting capabilities to business users without extensive statistics or forecasting knowledge, ezForecaster uses time series forecasting methods to project future values, basing forecasts on historical values. ezForecaster also provides a best-fit approach to forecasting that selects a technique based on historical data behavior."Bringing the power of ezForecaster to Knosys ProClarity offers our customers an important new option for extending forecasting capabilities to their decision makers," says Clay Young, Knosys marketing vice president.
