Description: The tooltip behavior allows web authors to add a tooltip to any element on the page. Any HTML can be included in the tooltip, including images and CSS formatting. Web authors can also control the placement and duration of the tooltip.

Browser/Platform Compatibility
This sample is supported in Internet Explorer 5, on Win32 and Unix platforms. Any browser that doesn't support behaviors will ignore them.

Usage
Simply hover your cursor over the word 'tooltips' to view the Tooltip Behavior.
