JSI Tip 6387. 'An error has been encountered that prevents setup from continuing'?

After Setup restarts, you receive:

An error has been encountered that prevents setup from continuing. The critical system info file Sysetup.inf layout is corrupt or missing.

This error is generally the result of faulty, mis-configured, or incompatible random access memory (RAM) in your computer.
