How can you remove items from the list you see when you click File, New in Outlook?

Customizing the File, New menu is no different from editing other menus in Outlook 98 or later versions. First, choose View, Toolbars, Customize. Then, click File, New to display that menu. This modification lets you drag commands off the menu or drag new commands to the menu from the Command tab of the Customize dialog box.
