Office 365 Message Encryption

Office 365 Message Encryption is coming in January 2014, the Microsoft Office 365 blog announced in a post in late November. The  service will let users email encrypted messages to people outside their company.

Formerly known as Exchange Hosted Encryption (EHE), it includes EHE features, and at least one new one: the ability to brand an encrypted message with your company's branding. Read more at the Office 365 blog (and see some good questions and answers in the comments section).
