Get Titanfall Season Pass for free

Update: Looks like our crystal ball was working well this morning when we posted this as we nailed the reason behind the free season pass for Titanfall as confirmed by Respawn themselves in a blog post this morning after our original post went live.

Prepare for a pricedrop - I mean Titanfall!

If you have been playing Respawn's Titanfall and have avoided purchasing the games season pass then today is a good day for you as it appears the pass is now being offered for free on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles.

The season pass entitles you to three additional content packs downloads that would normally have to be purhcased seperately.

- Expedition: includes three new maps called Runoff, Swampland and War Games.

- Frontier's Edge: includes three new maps called Dig Site, Export and Haven.

- IMC Rising: includes three new maps called Backwater, Zone 18 and Sand Trap.

Normally the pass is $29.99 but both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 stores are showing it listed at no cost. I have not seen anything from the usual sources to indicate a price drop or the free offering but today does happen to be the one year anniversary of the release of this season pass so maybe it is related to that.

Bottom line - go grab the season pass now so it is in your Xbox account and ready for future use.
