I've had a poll up at the SharePointPro Connections site about what your biggest SharePoint challenge is, and here are some results. I was a bit surprised by the low number of people challenged by Windows PowerShell. However, that could be because few are actually using it.
Or maybe PowerShell is really at its core a simple scripting language to use, once you get all the punctuation symbols?
