Sun Chairman and CEO Scott McNealy said Tuesday that he expects the legalbattle between his company and Microsoft to last quite a while. "I think they will fight this as long and hard as they can fight it," he said, mentioning that the legal system in this country moves in a "very slow manner."

When asked when the dispute would end, McNealy wouldn't speculate on a date.

"I don't know when this will be resolved," he said
