Sales of hard disks fell 0.3 percent year over year in the most recent quarter, indicating that the oft-delayed IT financial turnaround still isn't happening. The poor sales happened despite ever-decreasing hard disk prices and ever-increasing capacities. "We are not seeing some great turnaround out at the hardware-infrastructure side," IDC Group Vice President John McArthur said.
