Windows 10 Gets New Cumulative Update After Microsoft Delayed Updates in February

After Microsoft had an issue crop up less than 24 hours from pushing out their scheduled February updates, which ultimately resulted in that month's Patch Tuesday being delayed, the company has now issued their first updates and patches for Windows 10 and other software in two months - since January 2017.

There are 23 security related updates included in this month's cumulative updates for Windows 10 plus each current version of the operating system has its own collection of fixes in those same updates that are arriving on systems today.

Since it has been 60 days since the last cumulative updates were released for all the versions of Windows 10 this list is quite long as you might expect.

Let's take a look at what has been addressed in each build.

Windows 10 Version 1607 (Build 14393.953)

Addressed known issue called out in KB3213986. Users may experience delays while running 3D rendering apps with multiple monitors.
Addressed issue in KB3213986 where the Cluster Service may not start automatically on the first reboot after applying the update.

Addressed an issue where Remote Desktop Servers crash with a Stop 0x27 in RxSelectAndSwitchPagingFileObject when RDP clients connect and utilize redirected drives, printers, or removable USB drives.
Addressed issue where adjusting the Windows Server Update Services settings using the Group Policy feature causes downloads to fail.
