JSI Tip 8310. When you click on a Favorites link in Windows XP / Windows Server 2003 Help and Support Center, you receive 'Cannot display the page'?

When you click on a Favorites link in the Windows XP Help and Support Center, or the Windows Server 2003 Help and Support Center, you receive:

Cannot display the page.

The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed. This may be because:
If you are trying to view this content over the network, there may be network congestion or a problem with your connection.
There might be an error in the page's address.
The page might not be available.
Please check your network connection or try another page.

NOTE: Additionally, the links may not be properly displayed.

The problem will occur if you add a Web URL, such as http://www.jsiinc.com, or an application shortcut, such as a shortcut to jsittarh.exe, to the Help and Support Center Favorites list.

Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 only support adding Help and Support Center topics in the Help and Support Center Favorites list.
