JSI Tip 7288. When you start a capture with Windows Server 2003 Network Monitor, you receive 'Drive C: has insufficient space to allow Network Monitor to open a network'?

The subject problem occurs because Network Monitor behaves like a default user in respect to disk quota, receiving a disk quota of 1 MB.

To workaround this behavior, configure the disk quota to be more than 1 MB for users who need to run Network Monitor, even if they have administrative privileges.
