Select “Run” to begin the download and install process.

Begin the Windows Defender Offline install by clicking Next.
Note: You will need a CD, DVD or USB flash drive with at least 250MB of space on it to install Windows Defender Offline.
Step 3
Accept the Windows Defender Offline License and click I accept to continue.
Step 4
Choose your media and click Next.
Step 5
If you select USB, which I recommend as the fastest option for setup and start up, just accept the warning about reformatting the USB drive and losing all data on it.
Click Next to begin the creation of the Windows Defender USB drive.
