Windows Me to feature PCHealth support solution, a supplier of "eSupport" solutions, announced Wednesday that it is working with Microsoft Corporation to integrate its eSupport Suite into future versions of Windows, including the upcoming consumer product Windows Millennium Edition ("Windows Me"). The help and support-related features in Windows Me provide an extensive online resource to help consumers get the information they need quickly and easily. Dubbed Help and Support, Windows Me's help system is completely HTML-based, offering an extensible environment for third parties to add their own support modules.

The Windows Me Help and Support system allows the user to easily troubleshoot and solve problems without extensive effort or, most tellingly, calls to Microsoft product support. An extensive collection of disk and Web-based tutorials, tours, and other information will help Windows Me customers get the answers they need.
