U.S. Supreme Court rules CDA "unconstitutional"

The United States Supreme Court ruled today that the Communications Decency Act (CDA) is unconstitutional because it is vague enough that it suppresses free speech. The CDA was passed a year ago by Congress. It made the distribution of indecent materials over the Internet illegal. Opponents of the CDA, including the Nexus, salute the Supreme Court and its defense of free speech
