Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse for beleaguered AOL, the online giant was hit by its fourth lawsuit this week. This particular suit, filed in Detroit, alleges that America Online subscribers "are paying in excess of tens of millions of dollars for services they are not getting." Ironically, the company chose this week to announced that they had passed the 8 million subscriber mark.
