Sharp moves to Windows CE

Sharp Electronics announced today that it will release a Windows CE-based device by the end of the year. This device will feature a clam shell lid, making it similar to other CE devices currently on the market. The Sharp device, however, will use Windows CE 2.0, due this November.

Currently, Sharp makes the Zaurus and Wizard handheld devices, which are not expected to be discontinued
