Thanks to Jensen Harris for the tip: The Windows Internals Web site is now offering a FAT32 file system driver for Windows NT 4.0 that allows you to read FAT32 partitions from within NT 4.0 as you would any other type of drive. A read/write version will be available for sale later. Also note that this utility doesn't support the ability to have FAT32 on the boot partition, as there is no way to add support for reading FAT32 drives during the NT boot sequence.
