Q. I'm unable to decode H.264 and AAC formats on my Windows Server 2008 R2 installation with the Desktop Experience feature enabled. What's wrong?

A. The Desktop Experience feature doesn't include the decoders for H.264 and AAC, you can download an update released by Microsoft. When that update's installed, it adds the decoders for these two formats.
