Q: I have Windows 8 dual-booted with Windows 7 but see only the Windows 7 boot menu--how can I see the Windows 8 boot menu?

A: The new Windows 8 touch-enabled boot menu is shown only if Windows 8 is the default OS configured for the boot menu.

You'll need to change the default OS to Windows 8 by using msconfig and the Boot tab. The Windows 8 boot menu should then be shown at next reboot.
