A: If your client machine has a 64-bit processor that supports hardware virtualization and secondary level address translation (SLAT), then Client Hyper-V can be installed.
The installation is a simple process, as Hyper-V is just a feature of Windows 8 client.

Open the Control Panel (Open Explorer, select your computer, then on the computer ribbon select Control Panel) (Figure 1).
- Select the Programs and Features control panel applet.

Select the Turn Windows features on or off action (Figure 2).

Select Hyper-V, which allows granular decisions about whether only the Hyper-V platform and/or the Hyper-V management tools should be installed. Click OK. (Figure 3)
[ - The machine will need to reboot, then Hyper-V will be available on the client.
