Thanks to Lars Sondergaard for the tip: Microsoft has posted a new hot-fix for Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3. Dubbed "SAG-fix," this hot-fix addresses a DCOM problem, though it comes with absolutely no documentation at this time. You can get the hot fix at Microsoft's FTP site
