The start of Microsoft's antitrust trial has been delayed again, this time to October 19th. The four day delay--which was requested by both sides--will give Microsoft and the DOJ more time for depositions. Judge Jackson also ordered Microsoft to turn over its sales and financial databases to the DOJ, to which it was refusing access. Microsoft had, however, provided the DOJ with a confusing printout of the 4GB database which Judge Jackson called "gibberish.
