Microsoft trial to be delayed yet again?

Both the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Microsoft Corporation have asked a federal judge to delay the antitrust trial against the software giant. The trial was due to start October 15th, but both sides are looking for four more days for discovery and depositions. Judge Jackson has yet to make a ruling, though he has indicated previously that the trial--which has already been delayed twice--would not be delayed again
