According to a report on C-Net, Microsoft has posted Windows 95 Beta 2 for its testers and has issued CD-ROMs to arrive next week. Beta 2 includes Internet Explorer PR2 and improvements to the OS based on feedback from Beta 1. While Beta 3 is expected soon, The final version is not due until the first quarter of next year, according to Jim Allchin, senior vice president of the personal systems and business group at Microsoft
